Vendor Registry

In order to create a formal provider registry, the Central Bank Museums Foundation encourages all individuals and legal entities who might be interested in being part of it to fill out the forms that are attached. They must be presented together wit the required documents at the Procurement Department of the Foundation, located under Plaza de la Cultura.

Individuals or legal entities who are interested should take the following into consideration:

1-The information requested in the attached forms must be submitted even by those providers who already provide their services to the institution.

2 - Forms containing incomplete information will not be registered.

Providers providing their services on their own behalf must provide the following information:

1-A photocopy of their identity card of both sides.

2 - An affidavit stating that they are not bound to any of the legal restrictions to be contracted by the Foundation established by article 22 of the Ley de Contratación Administrativa.

3-The attached forms with all the required information.

4-Include a letter specifying the bank, "cuenta cliente", and checking account where payment for the purchased service or product must be deposited. Preferably, an account with BAC Bank of San Jose. In this way, there will be no commission costs for the transfer of funds. If any, they will be covered by the supplier.

5-Proof of Taxpayer Registration must be presented

1-Photocopy of both sides of the company's legal ID card.

2-Notary or Public Registry certification, issued no later than 15 natural days, stating the registration of the corporation in the Public Registry, the persons holding legal representation, and the shareholder name(s.)

3- Notary Public and/or Public Registry certification stating the nature and amount of the shares, as registered in the corporate books.

4 - An affidavit stating that they are not bound to any of the legal restrictions to be contracted by the Foundation established by the article 22 of the Ley de Contratación Administrativa, or to Chapter V of the Reglamento de la Contratación Administrativa.
